From time to time, we might upgrade customers from Evri shipping to Royal Mail shipping for free.
2. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund for shipping costs. In such cases:
If the parcel is returned to us, we may issue a refund for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees) or arrange a redelivery at your expense.
If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address or non-collection, no refund will be issued.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
